In both municipalities homecare mobile groups were arranged, each consisting of three homecare nurses and one driver/technical manager; homecare nurses and office managers were prepared according to the Austrian caring model and went through theoretical as well as practical preparations; with the support of the Austrian expert, documentation for working process of homecare group was implemented.
