Training - "Human Rights"

A coalition of three non-governmental organizations: IDP Women's Association "Consent", Women's Information Center and Women's Fund "Sukhumi" in partnership with UN Women from January 2021 until March 2025 is implementing a project "IDP and conflict-affected Women and youth for the implementation of the WPS agenda". The project is financially supported by the UK Government's Conflict Stability and Security Fund.


 A new cycle of trainings on Human Rights were held in Zugdidi on the 21st of September, in Gori on the 6th of September and in Tbilisi on the 7th of September. The trainings were attended by 65 women. The trainings covered such topics as rights and responsibilities, civic activism and its role in developing democratic processes. The importance of participatory processes as drivers of change was also emphasized during the sessions. The training was led by Nana Gogokhia.


 The project is financially supported by the UK Government's Conflict Stability and Security Fund.
