In April 2023 a monitoring of ongoing manicure-pedicure training course was conducted. The course is being attended by 5 Ukrainian women. Both the lead of the course and the participants are happy with it. The lead of the course mentioned that those women have wonderful results and soon will be able to work independently. Course participants talked about future plans – some of them plan to work at a beauty salon, others – at home. All the required equipment was distributed to them.
The project “Innovative Support for Ukrainian Children and Women Displaced by War” is implemented by the IDPWA “Consent” in partnership with Foundation of Economic Education of Georgia within the “Strengthening the Impact of Migration Development in Georgia” (STREAMING) which is carried out by International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) with financial assistance from the EU and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
