The IDP Women's Association "Consent" completed the next cycle of the "Leaders' Academy" within the framework of the project "Strong Women and Youth for Peace" on June 29, 2024.
In Samegrelo, face-to-face training with a new group was conducted in the villages of Zugdidi and Tsalenjikha. The participants included women, youth, and men who were internally displaced persons (IDPs) or women from conflict- affected commuunities. Among them were teachers by profession, students, and public officials of various ranks from these municipalities.
A total of 25 participants completed the training.
As participants noted, the training sessions conducted within the framework of the "Leaders' Academy" were interesting, and they would definitely apply the acquired knowledge, experiences, and skills in their work and daily lives.
In a festive ceremony, the participants were awarded certificates at the "Consent" office in Samegrelo.
