Civil sector representatives met current OSCE chair Bujar Osmani.
During the meeting, the chair of the IDPWA “Consent” Iulia Kharashvili emphasized that not enough attention is paid to human security issues in UNSCR 1325 and the OSCE can contribute to stressing this issue more. It is also very important to engage IDPs into peacebuilding processes and peace dialogue. Iulia Kharashvili also mentioned how dangerous the perspective of adoption of Foreign Agent Law was for the nongovernmental sector in Georgia.
